Not easy to keep yourself motivated unless you keep provoking your thinking with readings in different subjects, in searching for new ideas by being exposed to articles in your field and looking at another industry , traveling to refresh your mind and be exposed to other levels of services, offerings, business models , diving into your areas tiny details.

Going places, staying away from home, you tend to succumb to health issues. I have been a consistent distance runner. I have always used this as an opportunity to stay fit. Wherever there is a Gym, I prefer to work out. Cardio workouts help me stay healthy and active through the day.

To keep myself motivated, i go for a walk in the vicinity exploring the area and trying to find something unique. The other way is to carry a book to read.
